Loved how spacious my room was, and definitely was cheaper, than the expensive hotels up in St. Augustine. We booked for City of Light's Event. A bonus side trip to Plantation Ruins, was only 9 minutes away!
Checked in late at night and Tyler was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Bed wasn't too comfortable but everyone has different preferences on mattress types. Pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was average for free Breakfast but Carol did an awesome job rushing about to keep it all supplied and clean. Roseangela checked us out and was very polite and sweet. Will definitely stay here again it was a great price and only 1 1/2 hrs from port to get on cruise. Be nice to people and they will be nice to you!
This place was amazing from check in to check out. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff are all polite and kind, as well as hard working. Rooms were clean, breakfast was better than you will get at most places. Price was reasonable. The manager, I think his name was Jason, was super hospitable. The cleaning staff was great. Front desk super helpful. The guy who does the breakfast each morning rocks at his job! It is a great location. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We came for 5 days for Rockville. We will be back again!
I had a great experience here. The people were extremely friendly and hospitable. The room was fantastic, when you walk in you can smell the fresh bedsheets which was a huge plus. The man up front, tyler and Bryan I believe we're wonderful and I am super grateful they were the ones there when we arrived. If I could give higher than a 5 star I would. The reviews didnt do any justice for the rooms here.
Very nice rooms excellent breakfast they were killing it ! Would recommend pool they do not have a hot tub
Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Biscuits with real sausage gravy, sausage and eggs with real orange juice for my husband. Waffles and yogurt and coffeefor me. Price is right, too. We will return!
